your allset experience

allset is built to equip young high potentials with the consulting skillset and mindset -
capabilities typically developed over years in top-tier consulting roles.

Designed for professionals without a consulting background, the program bridges that gap by
focusing on core consulting competencies: structured problem-solving, clear communication,
client-focused thinking, ownership, impact focus and resilience.

Grounded in a blended-learning approach, the program combines in-person sessions, interactive
e-learnings, individual mentoring sessions, and peer-group case studies to ensure deep, practical learning.
It begins with a comprehensive self-assessment, allowing us to tailor the journey to each participant's strengths,
goals, and growth areas through 1:1 mentoring sessions - creating a truly personalized experience.

More than just another corporate training, this is a transformational development program - built to accelerate
leadership readiness, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

In order for you to track your development, you will complete an assessment multiple times throughout the program:
at the beginning, at half time and at the end. Your manager will also be asked to complete the assessment for you so
you will receive an overview of your individual perception and your manager's outside perspective of your development.

The contents will be delivered in German, if all participants of the cohort are proficient in the language.

Pre-Selection & Cohort Formation

After submitting your registration for the program, we will carefully review all profiles and form cohorts as well as peer groups compiled of a diverse yet complementary set of participants.

Pre-Journey Assessment

In order to prepare for your 1:1 mentoring sessions and to build a baseline for your individual progress, we ask you to complete the prejourney assessment. This assessment will be repeated throughout the program to track your progress until the completion of your journey.

Individual Case & 1:1 Mentoring

In the final mentoring session, you will discuss your individual action plan regarding your case. You will reflect on your learning progress by completing the individual assessment one last time.

Peer Group Case

In the final peer group session, you are supposed to create an implementation plan for your group case. In the final pitch presentation, you will present this action plan to the cohort.

Mindset | Managing Stress & Piloting Transformations

In a fast-paced environment, you need to deliver excellent results constantly. We want to offer you insights from people working in other professions who are constantly working under pressure.

Skillset | Project Management, Reporting & Influencing Others

The last phase of the program is all about realizing the concepts and strategies which you have created before. You will learn about impact reporting, project management, negotiation and influencing others - the essentials you need for managing your projects.

Individual Case & 1:1 Mentoring

The focus of this phase's mentoring is to review your presentation skills and your individual slide design. At the end of this phase, you should be equipped with best practices to be applied to your individual needs.

Peer Group Case

After having structured and analysed the case, you are now expected to translate your findings into a presentation dedicated to the stakeholder group defined in your case description. When we come together in the cohort, you are supposed to present those results as discussed throughout this phase.

Mindset | Peak Performance & Dealing With Drawbacks

Throughout a project, you will face times with high workloads and setbacks in your progress. Therefore, we want to dedicate this part of the program to handling situations like these with ease.

Skillset | Stakeholders, Communication & Slide Design

A recommendation is only as good as it is being presented. And the best way always depends on the audience and what they are interested in. Therefore, this phase is designated to presenting results in an effective way. This spans from stakeholder-oriented information selection to an adequate slide design.

Individual Case & 1:1 Mentoring

Also in this phase, you will apply the content you learned regarding hypotheses-based working and data analytics for your individual case and discuss it with your mentor. You are also expected to conduct the individual assessment again which you have completed at the beginning of this learning journey. That way, you and your mentor can reflect on your individual learning progress and path the way for the second half of the program.

Peer Group Case

As you have structured the problem of your peer group case in the first phase, you are now expected to formulate hypotheses and to test them jointly. You will apply the data analytics know-how you learned throughout this phase and prepare your case analyses for a joint discussion in the cohort.

Mindset | Growth Mindset & Ambition

One important trait you learn as a consultant early on is that you always thrive to learn and to keep growing your knowledge base. As a result, we want you to establish and foster your growth mindset and to fuel your ambition.

Skillset | Hyptheses Building & Data Analyses

After having defined and structured the problem, you will learn about how to formulate hypotheses before jumping into finding a solution. With initial hypotheses, you can analyse data more targeted to find answers more quickly. Throughout this phase, you will also learn advanced Excel analyses, how to lead conversations with empathy and how to use AI prompts effectively to support your problem solving ability.

Individual Case & 1:1 Mentoring

Besides the peer group case, you are expected to bring your individual case which is not being shared with the rest of the group. That way, you will be able to apply the content you learn to an internal project without worrying about confidentiality within the cohort. You will then discuss your individual case application and reflect about your ownership mindset and entrepreneurial thinking.

Peer Group Case

In order to apply the content you have learned in the first phase, you and your peer group will work on your case together. You will then present the results of your working session with all other groups so we can share feedback and learn from all applications.

Mindset | Ownership & Entrepreneurial Thinking

From the beginning onwards, we want you to grow an ownership mindset for the results that you create for your peer group case work, your individual case and your learning journey. Other than that, to drive positive change you always need to think like an entrepreneur, suggesting decisions which are in the best interest of the company. Therefore, we will invite founders who will share their insights.

Skillset | Problem Definition & Problem Structuring

In this phase, you will learn the fundamentals of defining and structuring a problem. Through a mixture of e-learning, peer group case application and a joint pitch session, we will cover the structured way of approaching complex challenges.

Kickoff

To kick off the program, we will come together in person and get to know all the participants of the cohort. You will receive an introduction into the setup and contents and we will dive into the first knowledge bit.

Final Reflection & Celebration Dinner

To round up the program, we come together for a final reflection about our joint achievements. And we will have a well-deserved final celebration dinner with the cohort. This marks the end of the development journey, but is just the beginning of becoming part of the ever-growing alumni community.
