The two building blocks of allset
Skillset & mindset refer to the comprehensive toolkit consultants develop on-the-job to deliver effective impact in a fast-paced environment.

I launched Conves in 2022 as a boutique consultancy with the purpose to “enable organizations and individuals to thrive”.
Over the past years we have successfully accompanied large corporates, mid-corps and start-ups in developing growth strategies and transferring them intro tangible results.
The major value we deliver to our clients stems from our methodological skillset and progressive mindset. This is not rocket science, but a muscle that can be trained given the right environment and toolkit.
With many of our clients we observe that the talent potential exists inhouse – the skill and mind muscles simply need to be nurtured to grow. With allset we help you close this gap and build your own consultant pool internally.

Who is the target group of allset?allset targets young high potentials in strategic positions who do not have a background in consulting and would like to accelerate their maturity development towards creating lasting impact in their organization.
-
Is there any prerequisites for participating in allset? You should have at least two years of full time work experience and work in a strategic/transformative role. Other than that, you should be able to dedicate approximately five hours per week for the participation in allset.
-
What outcome can I expect? What it is: After completing the program, you will have learned to apply the essential skill- and mindset a consultant builds on-the-job. We will equip you with the relevant practical toolkit and shape your thinking to drive impact at your ongoing and future assignments within your current role. In short: you will be "allset" to thrive. What it is not: This program is not designed to prepare you for a (potential) next role as a leader.
-
Who are the other participants taking part in allset? This program is aimed at young high potentials of corporates, SMEs and start-ups. You will receive an information about which companies your peers work at two weeks before the kickoff event.
-
How much does allset cost? For participation in the first cohorts, we offer a pioneer price of 4,950€ (excl. VAT) for each participant. This includes all training material, 1:1 mentoring sessions, in-person workshops incl. catering. Travel cost are not included.
-
Who will facilitate the modules? The modules will be delivered by experts in their dedicated field and former top consultants. In addition, you will receive a personal mentor (also a former top consultant) to discuss the application of the content in a confidential space.
-
What are the learning formats through which I will learn the contents?Contents will be delivered through a mix of in-person sessions, virtual live sessions, e-learnings, 1:1 mentorings and peer group case work. You will receive access to our platform where you will find a structured overview with all learning modules and learning formats with the assigned dates.
-
Will parts of the content be tailored to my individual needs? As part of the program, you will have a 1:1 mentoring session once a month with a former top consultant. This way, you can discuss your questions in depth and tailor your learning experience together with your mentor.
-
How do you measure, if participation in the program was worth the investment? We developed a unique measurement that we call "Return on Skilling Invest" (ROSI). The participant and the line manager will (self-)assess certain skills and traits that are addressed in the curriculum. These surveys will be conducted at the start, in the middle and at the end of the journey. This allows you to track your progress in return for the time, energy and money invested.
-
Which language is the program conducted in?Our journeys will be conducted in German language unless otherwise explicitly specified.
-
What will happen after the program has ended?allset is not only a training program, but aims to connect the participants and experts beyond the four-month journey. Therefore, you will join an ever-growing community of allset alumni. You will find out more information about the alumni community throughout the program.
-
What happens, if I cannot attend one of the sessions? If you are not able to attend one of the sessions, please inform our program coordinator in advance. You will receive the material discussed throughout the session for self-study. We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not record the live sessions to ensure an open space for questions and discussion.
-
Will there be multiple starting dates?Starting dates are fixed and will be communicated once they have been set. The next cohort starts in the beginning of September 2025.
-
At what times are the sessions? The program is designed to be suitable to accompany a full-time job. You will have five in-person sessions that will be held on Friday afternoons. Virtual meetings will be held in the evenings, typically between 18:30-20:00. Your peer group case work is to be scheduled individually within the group as are the 1:1 sessions with your mentor. The e-learnings can be conducted whenever suitable for you.
-
Where will the in-person sessions take place? For the forst cohorts, the in-person sessions will take place in our office in Frankfurt. The exact location will be shared upon registration together with other information regarding the initial kickoff. We plan to offer cohorts in more cities from 2026 onwards.
-
What is the duration of the program?allset takes approximately four months, but the exact time frame varies depending on the holiday season. However, the total duration should lie between 13 and 18 weeks.
