Prerequisites
In order to put together a diverse group of participants who can share valuable insights and experiences
but also learn and grow together, participants need to meet the following requirements:

Minimum 2 years of full time work experience

Currently working in a strategic/transformative role

Dedicated capacity next to the regular workload to complete the modules
- Openness to share your experiences and personal challenges with the cohort
The contents will be delivered in German, if all participants are proficient in the language.
